How to use Shilajit for your Skin?

There are so many benefits of Shilajit for the skin. The human skin has millions of pores. The skin is one amongst the organs of the body that’s exposed to the outer world.  The outer layer of the skin referred to as epidermis can feel, sense, and touch the physical objects.  Within the epidermis are four different types of cells namely:

  1. Keratinocytes
  2. Melanocytes
  3. Merkel cells
  4. Langerhans

There is another protein known as fibrillar collagen protein that is liable for manufacturing the elasticity within the skin. The Shilajit contains the zinc, copper, sulphur, and vitamins that are required by the fibrillar collagen protein to perform its operations. The Langerhans cells contribute to the immune function of the skin. It is important to possess a powerful immune system to assist skin block any bacteria/virus that tries to pass from the epidermis layer. Shilajit helps to strengthen the immune system because it is formed as protein, many beauticians and skin experts use Shilajit in preparing the beauty products. The following are some of the beauty skin masks that can be used for skin beauty and care.

Moisturizing Face Mask

Shilajit is often wont to create the moisturizing mask, especially for acne treatment. The ideal ingredients include:

  1. 03-05 grams of Shilajit
  2. 1 tablespoon Moisturizer
  3. 05-08 drops of aloe
  4. 2 lemons juice extract

Mix all the ingredients to prepare the mask. Cleanse the face, apply the mask on the face, and leave for half an hour. After 30 minutes, wash the face. You will notice a glowing look and soft of your skin.


Beauty Face mask

The simplest instruction for making ready the face mask includes the subsequent ingredients.

  1. 02 grams of Shilajit
  2. 02 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 03 tablespoon honey

Mix all the 3 ingredients and apply on your face and neck gently. Leave the mask for about half-hour and then wash it with light-weight heat water. You will experience and recent and delightful look of your skin victimisation this mask. The recipe is good for removing the dryness of the skin. You can repeat this procedure twice in a week’s time or as per your requirement.


Acne Treatment Mask

To prepare the  skin problem treatment mask to combine the subsequent 2 ingredients in equal proportions

  1. a) Shilajit
  2. b) Succinic acid

Crush the succinic acid oil to createit in powder form. Now combine the succinic acid and Shilajit in heat water or oil.  will use the peach oil if oil olive isn’t obtainable or if you don’t wish to use the oil. Once ready, apply the paste (mixture) on the acne infected area. The mixture has strong anti-inflammatory properties. The recipe is very useful in regenerating the epidermis cells of the skin.

It is important to use only pure Shilajit for skin treatment. Using low-quality Shilajit for the skin mask can additionally harm to the skin. BUTI Shilajit is a good quality Shilajit that can be used for a similar purpose.
